ELIGIBILITY: Infiniti Service Owner Appreciation Event Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who, as of January 31, are the owner or lessee of an Infiniti automobile, and who have a valid driver’s license.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on February 1 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET) March 31.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Promotion consists of an online instant win Play (“Online Play”) for the chance to win a two (2) year Infiniti Elite Prepaid Maintenance Plan and a sweepstakes random drawing entry (“Sweepstakes Entry” or “Entry”) that is available for the chance to win a 2014 Infiniti Q50 all-wheel-drive luxury sports sedan and a two (2) year Infiniti Elite Prepaid Maintenance Plan. INSTANT WIN: Fifty-nine (59) winning times (within the Promotion Period), one for each available Instant Win Prize (each a “Winning Time”), will be randomly pre-selected by the Promotion Administrator. The first Participant whose Online Play is received on or after a Winning Time will win an Instant Win Prize, subject to verification.

PRIZES:

A. FIFTY-NINE (59) INSTANT WIN PRIZES: a two-year Infiniti Elite Prepaid Maintenance Plan (Basic+Plus), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400 each. Instant Win Prizes are available to be won at randomly designated Winning Times throughout the Promotion Period.

B. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: an Infiniti Q50 all-wheel-drive luxury sports sedan, ARV: $48,365 and a two-year Infiniti Elite Prepaid Maintenance Plan (Basic+Plus), ARV: $400. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $48,765.

THE TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES AVAILABLE TO BE WON IN THE PROMOTION IS $72,365.
