The total ARV of all Monthly Prizes is $1,785. Gift Certificates are subject to terms and conditions of use as stated on such Gift Certificates. Any difference between the stated ARV of a prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. Monthly Prize Winners are solely responsible for any and all expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a Monthly Prize.

FIVE (5) FINALIST PRIZES: Each Finalist Prize is a 4 day/3 night trip for Finalist Prize Winner (hereinafter, “Finalist Prize Winner”) and one (1) guest (hereinafter, “Guest”) on dates designated by Sponsor in 2014 to attend a NASCAR Nationwide Series Race at a location to be designated by Sponsor within the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia consisting of round-trip coach air transportation for the Finalist Prize Winner and Guest between major commercial airport nearest Finalist Prize Winner’s permanent residence and designated city, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room including all applicable taxes and surcharges, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in designated city, two (2) Weekend Reserved Seating tickets to the designated NASCAR Nationwide Series Race (subject to all venue rules and regulations, exact seating to be determined by Sponsor), and $250 spending money (hereinafter, “Finalist Trip”), race apparel to be designated by Sponsor valued up to $150, and the opportunity to participate in the “Finalist Key Event” as defined below for a chance to win the Grand Prize. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is not to exceed $3,200. The total ARV of all Finalist Prizes is not to exceed $16,000.

FINALIST KEY EVENT: All five (5) Finalist Prize Winners will be given the opportunity to participate in the Finalist Key Event to be held at a time designated by Sponsor during the Finalist Trip for the chance to win a Bad Boy Buggie to be designated by Sponsor (hereinafter “Prize Vehicle”). Prior to the start of the Key Event, each Finalist Prize Winner will select one (1) key each at random from a receptacle containing five (5) keys (representing the number of potential Finalist Prize Winners). Sponsor or its designee will supervise the random key selection process. Afterwards, one at a time, the Finalist Prize Winners will place the key they selected into the ignition of the Prize Vehicle. The Finalist Prize Winner who successfully turns on the Prize Vehicle’s engine after turning his/her selected key in the ignition of the Prize Vehicle will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner. The odds of being the Grand Prize Winner from among the Finalist Prize Winners is one in five (1:5). In the event less than five (5) Finalist Prize Winners attend the Finalist Key Event, the Grand Prize may not be awarded. In the event of any mechanical or other type of malfunction with reference to the selection of the Grand Prize Winner during the Finalist Key Event, Sponsor or its designee shall have the unilateral right, at any time, to select the Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all Finalist Prize Winners in attendance at the Finalist Key Event.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of one (1) Bad Boy Buggie to be designated by Sponsor and an upgrade to VIP Access at the designated NASCAR Nationwide Series Race. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $14,000. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all expenses or costs associated with the receipt and use of the Prize Vehicle. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery within the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Sponsor neither warrants nor represents that the Prize Vehicle can be sold, bartered or traded for the stated value. Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for any difference between stated value and current fair market value at time of prize award. No model substitution, upgrade or cash equivalent allowed.
