Beginning 10:00:01 a.m PST on October 15, 2013 through 11:59.59 p.m. PST on August 31, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), log on to slimjim.com/battlefield4 (the “Site”) and follow the instructions to enter your code and Origin account name to enter the Slim Jim Battlefield 4 Instant Win Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). If you do not have an Origin account, you will be instructed how to create a free Origin account in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries receive a code via email. Log on to the Site and follow the instructions to Origin account name and your code to enter the Sweepstakes. If you do not have an Origin account, you will be instructed how to create a free Origin account in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Instant winners will be instantly displayed. All instant winners are subject to verification. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation and how to claim their prize. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit: Each entrant may enter multiple times, but is only eligible to win one prize. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on August 31, 2014. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during Sweepstakes Period and received by September 7, 2014. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Use of a false email account or an incorrect mail address will disqualify an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to website entries. The use of scripts or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Site, or who otherwise violates these rules. By entering, entrants accept and agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules.

Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Electronic Arts Inc. (“Sponsor”), ConAgra Foods, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies (“Sponsor, ConAgra Foods and their agents”)and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Prizes. There are Instant Win 1036 prizes. Odds of winning any Instant Win prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes.

One (1) Winner will receive a prize trip for two people to the United Kingdom for a visit to an Electronic Arts studio.

Trip includes roundtrip, economy/coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from the major commercial airport near the winner’s residence (winner and guest) must travel together on same itinerary); hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing for 4 days / 3 nights (one (1) double occupancy room); and includes ground transportation between airport and hotel, and $1,000 in spending money. Incidentals, including, without limitation: telephone calls, facsimile charges, Internet charges, Spa/beauty salon services, laundry, tours/excursions, gift shop purchases, hotel processing fees and airline service charges, are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his or her Guest. Hotel and airfare cannot be used separately. Winner must notify Sponsor of intended dates of travel by no later than three (3) months prior to the intended date of departure. Dates will be mutually agreed upon between Sponsor and Winner. All travel must be completed by December 1, 2014 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions, so Sponsor cannot guarantee prize trip will be available on the exact dates specified by Winner. Any extra nights’ stay and any additional costs associated with an extended stay are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his or her Guest. Additional restrictions may apply. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $6,700. Actual value of prize trip may vary depending on Winner’s residence and seasonal rates.

Thirty-five (35) Winners will each receive a tablet computer. ARV of each prize is $400.

Fifty (50) Winners will each receive a Battlefield branded hoodie. ARV of each prize is $50.

One-hundred (100) Winners will each receive a Battlefield branded t-shirt. ARV of each prize is $22.

Eight-hundred fifty (850) Winners will each receive a Need for Speed Rivals videogame. ARV of each prize is $60.

Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Game versions, including platform for play, tablet makes and models and Battlefield merchandise to be awarded as prizes are within the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability. Platforms/consoles are not included in prizes except as otherwise stated in these Official Rules. All taxes, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.
