SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The National Geographic Channel’s “Ultimate Survival Alaska” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on Sunday, January 5, 2014, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 11, 2014, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of NGC Network US, LLC, located at 1145 17th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the United States, Alaska, and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor, Kaleidoscope Promotions Interactive, Ltd. HOW TO ENTER: Tune in to National Geographic Channel during each new episode of Ultimate Survival Alaska to learn the keyword that is revealed during the broadcast. A keyword will be provided at various times throughout each episode. Then enter the sweepstakes site at natgeotv.com/WinAlaska (the “Website”) or visit the Sweepstakes application on the Facebook platform at facebook.com/UltimateSurvivalAlaska (the show “Facebook Page”) to be re-directed to the Website, follow the links and instructions to complete your entry with the information requested, including a valid keyword. Additionally, entrants may tweet @survivalalaska (https://twitter.com/survivalalaska) (the “Twitter Handle”) to request a keyword, direct message at the same Twitter Handle or direct message on the Facebook Page First-run episodes of Ultimate Survival Alaska will air on National Geographic Channel each Sunday at 9 p.m. ET from December 15, 2013 through January 26, 2014, and each Sunday at 10 p.m. ET from February 9 through March 9, 2014. PRIZE/ODDS: One (1) prize is available: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to Alaska, including guided outings with Ultimate Survival Alaska’s “Team Endurance” member Dallas Seavey and others (the “Trip”). The six (6) day / five (5) night Trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice from the major airport closest to winner’s residence in the continental U.S. to Anchorage, Alaska; ground transportation at destination; standard hotel accommodations for five (5) days / four (4) nights (double occupancy; room rate and tax only); one (1) night accommodations in an overnight winter camp; Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) spending cash ($1,000.00 per person for the winner and one guest); and guided activities with Dallas Seavey and others from National Geographic Channel’s Ultimate Survival Alaska show, including a Snowshoe Walk, Star Lady Presentation on the Aurora, Viewing of the Aurora, Dog Mushing and Cross-Country Skiing. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-One Dollars ($11,761.00 USD). Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on winner’s residence and time of travel. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if the prize listed is unavailable for any reason. Prize may not be extended, transferred or refunded. Talent appearance is subject to availability. Specific dates and times for travel shall be designated exclusively by the Sponsor. Certain travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of the Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize Winner’s Guest must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be in good physical condition with no disease or injury that may prevent them from participating in rigorous physical activity. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must have a valid and acceptable form of identification and at least one (1) major credit card in good standing. Hotels may require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. All costs and expenses not specifically listed herein, including but not limited to, gratuities, taxes, expenses, travel insurance, any local payment, beverages, meals, souvenirs, hotel services, side trips, optional extra activities, and any other incidentals not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The ARV of all prizes to be awarded is Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-One Dollars ($11,761.00 USD).
