SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts on December 16, 2013, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 27, 2014, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period consists of the following three (3) phases (individually “Phase” and collectively “Phases”):

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Ignite Social Media, Administrator, ESPN, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their respective immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, an individual who satisfies the eligibility requirements and enters the Sweepstakes (individually “Entrant” and collectively “Entrants”) agrees to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and agrees that the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During each Phase, an eligible Entrant will visit jeeppolarquest.com (“Website”), log in to his or her Facebook account (or create an account if he or she does not already have one) and accept the Facebook permissions request. The Entrant must “Like” the Jeep Facebook page if he or she does not already “Like” the page. The Entrant must then follow the onscreen prompts to register for the Sweepstakes (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed).

To gain one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the active Phase, an Entrant must find and click on a badge (“Badge”) found on one of the various social media sites and advertisements located throughout the World Wide Web (individually a “Clue Site” and collectively “Clues Sites”). There will be two (2) Badges available per Phase, and an Entrant is limited to receiving two (2) Sweepstakes entries per Phase. Entries received during one Phase will not carry forward into subsequent Phases.

Entry Limit: An Entrant is limited to receiving six (6) entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period (two (2) entries per Phase). Entrants attempting to use multiple Facebook accounts or identities may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries received from any individual in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

Prizes:

a) Phase 1 Prizes : There will be three (3) Phase 1 prizes. Each Phase 1 prize is a trip for two (2) people, the Phase 1 Prize Winner and one (1) guest, for four (4) days and three (3) nights to Aspen, Colorado (“Phase 1 Prize”). Each Phase 1 Prize includes round-trip coach-class airfare from a major airport near the Phase 1 Prize Winner’s residence to Aspen, Colorado; three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion from approximately January 23, 2014, to January 26, 2014 (dates subject to availability and subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation from airport and hotel in Aspen, Colorado; two (2) tickets to attend the X Games Aspen 2014; and a $1,250 Visa Gift Card. The ARV of each Phase 1 Prize is $11,140. The total ARV of all Phase 1 Prizes is $33,420.

In addition to the Phase 1 Prize, the Phase 1 Prize Winners will have the opportunity to participate in a contest (“Contest”) for the opportunity to win a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Polar Edition and a $10,000 check to help offset, but not eliminate, the taxes imposed on the acceptance of the prize (“Contest Prize”). The Contest is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2014 or January 25, 2014 at Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen, Colorado. Each Phase 1 Prize Winner will be contacted by the Contest event coordinators regarding specific times, details and information on how to participate in the Contest. There will only be one (1) Contest Prize winner (“Contest Prize Winner”). In the event of a tie or technical, mechanical or other difficulties that may interfere with or disrupt the selection of the Contest Prize Winner, Sponsor may modify the Contest to determine the Contest Prize Winner in a fair and reasonable manner, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the Contest Prize is $43,000. The total ARV of the Contest Prize is $53,000. Odds of winning the Contest are 1:3.

The Contest Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades or options to the Contest Prize. The Contest Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Contest Prize. The Contest Prize Winner must take delivery of the Contest Prize, at his or her own expense, within 45 days of notice of availability of the Contest Prize from Sponsor at a dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to Contest Prize Winner’s residence or the Contest Prize may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery option will be available. The Contest Prize Winner must present his or her valid driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the delivery of the Contest Prize. The Contest Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the Phase 1 Prize and the actual retail value of the Contest Prize. The Contest Prize awarded may differ from the Jeep Wrangler on display at the X Games Aspen 2014 or shown in promotional material. Contest Prize color, options and equipment are subject to availability and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Contest Prize may not be redeemed for cash, nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value.

b) Phase 2 Prizes : There will be three (3) Phase 2 prizes. Each Phase 2 prize is a trip for two (2) people, the Phase 2 Prize Winner and one (1) guest, for six (6) days and five (5) nights to Jackson Hole, Wyoming (“Phase 2 Prize”). Each Phase 2 Prize includes round-trip coach-class airfare from a major airport near the Phase 2 Prize Winner’s residence to Jackson Hole, Wyoming; five (5) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion; a car rental for length of stay; lift tickets to a ski resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming (selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion) for Phase 2 Prize Winner and guest for four (4) days; and a $900 Visa Gift Card. The ARV of each Phase 2 Prize is $9,640. The total ARV of all Phase 2 Prizes is $28,920.

c) Phase 3 Prizes : There will be five hundred forty (540) total Phase 3 prizes as set forth in the chart below (individually, “Phase 3 Prize” and collectively, “Phase 3 Prizes”):
