ELIGIBILITY: GUESS Give Me Vegas Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States (or the District of Columbia) or Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least twenty one (21) years old.

TIMING: GUESS Give Me Vegas Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 18.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit GUESS.com/GiveMeVegas and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the entry form with all required information. Each participant may enter one (1) time per day.

PRIZES: Grand Prize (1 winner): The grand prize is a 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and one (1) eligible guest to Las Vegas, Nevada and includes the following components: (1) a $500.00 Guess Prize Card; (2) a $2500.00 American Express gift card from Sponsor to cover round-trip air travel and ground transportation for winner and one (1) guest to and from Las Vegas; and (3) a voucher from SLS Hotel Las Vegas valid for: three (3) consecutive nights’ hotel accommodation in a World Superior King room at the SLS Hotel Las Vegas (approximate ARV $600.00), a dining credit of up-to $75.00 per person redeemable only for dinner at CLEO restaurant in Las Vegas during the winner’s stay at the SLS Hotel Las Vegas (approximate ARV $150.00), and a credit of up to $500.00 to be used at VIP LiFE Nightclub during the winner’s stay at the SLS Hotel Las Vegas.
