Eligibility: Fandango’s “Awards Ballot Challenge” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to persons who are permanent legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States or the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations), who are at least 18 years of age (and the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of January 16.

Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 16 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. PT on March 1.

There are two (2) ways persons can enter the Sweepstakes: either through a Ballot Entry (defined below) or by Email Entry (defined below in Section 4).  For a Ballot Entry, during any Weekly Period in the Promotion Period, navigate the Internet to Fandango.com/BallotChallenge and (1) use your personal Facebook account to log in via Facebook Connect, (2) complete the ballot provided by selecting your projected winner in each category, (3) enter your name and email address where indicated, and (4) click to save your completed Awards ballot (a “Ballot Entry”). You must select a potential winner in each of the categories listed, include your information where indicated and click to save your ballot or your Ballot Entry will not be valid.  You will earn an additional Ballot Entry each time you either (1) share your ballot via Facebook, Google+ or Twitter using the links provided after you save your Ballot Entry, or (2) modify your Ballot Entry and save your new Ballot Entry, up to four (4) such additional Ballot Entries in the Weekly Period during which you submitted your Ballot Entry; limit five (5) additional Ballot Entries in a Weekly Period after the Weekly Period during which you submitted your Ballot Entry.

Limit five (5) Entries into this Sweepstakes in total per Weekly Period, per person, per email address, and per household, regardless of method of entry (or combination thereof). Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than five (5) entries into this Sweepstakes in a Weekly Period will result in such entrant being disqualified. Each Ballot Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address through which the Ballot Entry was submitted.

Alternative Means of Entry: During the Promotion Period, you may also enter this Sweepstakes by sending an email with the subject line “Fandango’s Awards Ballot Challenge” to [email protected], with your name and email address (“Email Entry”).  You will receive one (1) entry for each Email Entry submitted. Limit five (5) Entries into this Sweepstakes in total per Weekly Period, per person, per email address, and per household, regardless of method of entry (or combination thereof). Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than five (5) entries into this Sweepstakes in a Weekly Period will result in such entrant being disqualified. Each Email Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address through which the Email Entry was submitted.

Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) and Odds of Winning:

Grand Prize: one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.  Grand Prize shall consist of: a two (2) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California (“Trip”). Trip shall consist of: gift certificate valid for roundtrip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest on airline of Sponsor’s choice from a city near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Los Angeles, California area airport (unless Grand Prize Winner lives within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California, in which case ground transportation may be provided and difference in ARV not awarded) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $2,000.00 USD); one (1) gift certificate valid for two (2) consecutive nights’ hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest in one (1) standard, double occupancy room (room and tax only) at the London Hotel located in West Hollywood, California (or a similar hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (ARV $1,000.00 USD); round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between Los Angeles, California area airport and the London Hotel (ARV $200.00 USD); one (1) gift card for a four (4) course dinner at Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the London Hotel (ARV $300.00 USD); one (1) gift certificate good for a salon service at Alex Roldan Salon in the London Hotel (ARV $100.00 USD) and a five hundred dollar ($500.00) gift certificate to Saks Fifth Avenue (ARV $500.00 USD). Total combined ARV of the Grand Prize is four thousand one hundred dollars and zero cents ($4,100.00 USD).  All gift certificates are subject to issuer’s terms and conditions. Trip must be taken during the Valid Dates (as defined below).

Weekly Prizes: Thirty-five (35) Weekly Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, five (5) per Weekly Period.  Each Weekly Prize shall consist of: one (1) Fandango Promotional Code (“Promo Code”)** that can be used to purchase two (2) movie tickets up to a maximum value of $12.00 USD per ticket on fandango.com or via a Fandango app, valid until 6/30/14 (ARV $24.00 USD). Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: eight hundred forty dollars and zero cents ($840.00 USD).

TOTAL MAXIMUM ARV OF ALL PRIZES IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES: Four thousand nine hundred forty dollars and zero cents ($4,940.00 USD).
