Eligibility

The WINLOOT Ten Million Dollar Sweepstakes (86357) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa living in the United States or the District of Columbia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where otherwise prohibited by law.

Period

The WINLOOT Ten Million Dollar Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28.

How to Enter

In order to enter the Promotion, you must first complete the applicable initial online Promotion entry form on the Winloot website located at winloot.com.

You may only submit three (3) Winloot Website Entries.

Prize

The winning entrant, if any, for the Promotion will receive the “Ten Million Dollar” prize, which will be payable either:

  • (a) in six hundred (600) equal payments of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars and Sixty-Seven Cents ($16,666.67) = ($10,000,000.00)

OR

  • (b) in one lump sum payment of Four Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($4,190,050.00), by check
