ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for the Friendability Quiz Contest, an individual must be a legal resident of a province or territory of Canada, excluding residents of the province of Quebec and have reached the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence.

TIMING: The Friendability Quiz Contest ends on December 13 at 11:59 pm ET.

HOW TO ENTER: The Participant may enter the Contest by visiting the Contest web site at friendabilityquiz.ca and complete the entry form.

PRIZES: Grand Prizes: Sixteen (16) grand prizes shall be awarded during this Contest, each consisting in a prepaid Visa card.

The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is one hundred dollars in Canadian currency (C$100).

Secondary Prizes: One hundred and twelve (112) secondary prizes shall be awarded during this Contest, each consisting in a coupon redeemable against one (1) free International Delight product.

The approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is three dollars and ninety nine cents in Canadian currency (C$3.99).
