Eligibility
The Rite Aid Pharmacy Champions Contest is open only to legal residents of 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older.
Period
The Rite Aid Pharmacy Champions Contest ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31.
How to enter
Consumers may visit riteaid.com/recognize and complete all required fields of the onscreen entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
Prizes
Consumer Grand Prizes [Two (2) – one (1) winner who nominated a Rite Aid Pharmacy Technician or Wellness Ambassador and one (1) winner who nominated a Rite Aid Pharmacist]: Consumer winners will receive $2,500 worth of Rite Aid gift cards. Rite Aid Pharmacy Team Member Grand Prizes [Two (2) – one (1) for a Rite Aid Pharmacy Technician or Wellness Ambassador and one (1) for a Rite Aid Pharmacist]: Rite Aid Pharmacy Team Member winners will receive $2,500 worth of Rite Aid gift cards.
The Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $2,500.

Whenever I visit the pharmacy and and I see Team Member Edna behind the counter, I know my visit will be a short one even if the line is long. She is not only courteous and efficient, she always answers any questions I might have cheerfully and with confidence. This counts for a lot to me as I am usually in a rush and running behind schedule. I give a big thumbs up to Team Member Edna and the entire Rite Aid Team!

All the Pharmacy team at my Rite Aid are to be commended. The two pharmacists I have dealt with are both very efficient, friendly and very caring. They always go the extra for questions or concerns. Robert & Sherri specifically. The rest of the team (assistants) are also friendly courteous and take care of you in a timely fashion. One in particular even went so far as to deliver my RX to my home because it was late arriving at the store, and I had been anxiously waiting for it to come in. Now THAT”S above and beyond!

I Have used Rite Aid Pharmacy for many years they go above and beyond for getting your medication. If they don’t have they will call the other stores until they find it. All the pharmacists are very friendly and smart. All the other pharmacists assistants are also smart, helpful, friendly and always willing to help. I just love them all. I never have any problems. Everyone is welcome to join the Rite Aid Pharmacy Family by doing that you will never go wromg.

The entry form sent to me on line is flawed in that it 1) doesn’t list the Rite Aid store in New Paltz, New York on the drop down menu and won’t let you type it in 2) the same is true for the store address in New Paltz and 3) It doesn’t specify the specific position of the person you might want to nominate (there is an “other” on the drop down method and you can type someones name in but that is a moot point because all of my effort to write and include the relevant specifics were cancelled out when I hit submit. I really wanted to give this guy the recognition he deserves even if he doesn’t get the prize. Your pharmicist Abhishek Srivastava in New Paltz is the best. Jerry Niclaus in New Paltz NewYork

Doc” TOM is a throwback to the old fashion pharmacist who cared about your health . The other week , when picking up my prescription, TOM came over urgently . He said , “ Mrs Sauers , are you on blood thinners? “ , and I said “NO:” He immediately flagged the prescription intended for me. My family doctor’s assistant inadvertently called in my husband’s prescription as mine . Because Tom took a personal interest in my health, a life threatening mistake was averted . That’s what a call a Pharmacist that cares !

Over the last 7 or so years I have had been faced with some real difficult health issues . I have bounced from doctor to doctor, hospital to hospital , but my one constant has always been Romine. Beyond just filling prescriptions and explaining the multiple ramifications of the many drugs I needed , Romine has always been there to give me support . Even on some of my darkest days, he has always an optimistic perspective . And that is why, I nominate Romine, not just for his professional acumen, but moreso for his sense of HUMANITY
