ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER AND VOTE: Contest entry and voting is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest ends on September 14 at 11:59:59 pm ET.

HOW TO REGISTER TO ENTER CONTEST: To register to enter the Contest, go to gladiatorgarageworks.ca and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration form. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per household.

PRIZES:

There will be a total of Five (5) Prizes to be won, consisting of three (3) Contest Entrant prizes [one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Second Prize and one (1) Third Prize]; and two (2) Bonus Voting prizes.

Grand Prize:

There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won by one (1) eligible contest entrant, consisting of Gladiator Garageworks product. (Value of approximately $10,000.00 MSRP).

Second Prize:

There will be one (1) Second Prize available to be won, consisting of Gladiator Garageworks product. (Value of approximately $5,000.00 MSRP).

Third Prize:

There will be one (1) Third Prize available to be won, consisting of Gladiator Garageworks product. (Value of approximately $2,500.00 MSRP).

Bonus Voting Prize:

There will be two (2) Bonus Voting Prizes available to be won, each consisting of a Gladiator Garageworks Rack Shelf, model GARS774SZG. (Each Bonus Voting Prize valued at $269.99 MSRP).
