Staples Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes
Eligibility
To enter to the Staples Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada, who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
Period
The Staples Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes ends on January 31 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).
How to Enter & Play
Entry with Purchase:
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must first obtain a unique Survey Code. To obtain a Survey Code, visit your local STAPLES Business Depot – Bureau en Gros within Canada and make a minimum purchase of $20.00.
Survey Codes will be randomly printed on the front of approximately every one (1) in two (2) receipts for minimum purchases of $20.00. Once you have obtained your survey code, you may enter the Sweepstakes either online at stapleslistens.ca.
Upon accessing the Website you will be prompted to enter your Survey Code as printed on the front of your receipt and to follow the instructions to register or login. Once you have successfully registered or logged in, you will need to complete and submit a short questionnaire. Once your Survey has been successfully submitted, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry into the applicable Monthly Entry Period as described below.
Limit of one (1) entry per unique Survey Code throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Entry without Purchase:
To enter the Contest without a purchase, you must complete and submit the online No Purchase Necessary Survey. As well provide your complete name and address and telephone number via the online form using the following link npn.stapleslistens.ca. At the time of receipt by the Contest Administrator. You will receive one entry into the Contest for each separate online submission received by the Contest Administrator.
Prizes
There are twelve (12) Monthly Sweepstakes Prizes available to be won in this Sweepstakes. One (1) Monthly Sweepstakes Prize for each of the Monthly Entry Periods. Each Monthly Sweepstakes Prize consists of: one (1) $1,000.00 STAPLES Business Depot – Bureau en Gros shopping spree, to be awarded as a gift card.
Total value of prizes available to be won is $12,000.00.

From the time I ENTERED STAPLES ON KING STREET IN TORONTO I MET ADELA AN ASSOCIATE WHO WAS SO PROFESSIONAL IN SERVING ME. BEING OLDER I WAS GRATEFUL THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO LOOK THROUGH THE WHOLE STORE TO FIND WHAT I WANTED. I REALLY APPRECIATED HER HELP & HER KNOWLEDGE OF STAPLES GOODS . THANK YOU ADELA & STAPLES.

Just got back from your store at Dufferin and Lawrence in Toronto…I thought I would let you know that the customer service person I dealt with was super.
His name is Steven and he handled my small problem quickly and courteously.
He was very helpful and the entire visit was wrapped up in few minutes.

Visited the Kamloops, BC location and was looking for ink for my canon printer. Was pretty impressed with the sales lady referring me to a promotion package with 2 black and 1 colour ink replacement in a package together. Saved a ton of money! Love Staples!

In May, I visited the Staples store on Dundas St. in Mississauga and was totally stressed out
at having to photocopy and bind big fat books. Two hours later, the store was closing and Luba, a young clerk, offered to help me the following morning. She did and I was so grateful.

re Brandon and Prish..( Employes at Edmonton, AB. Windamer) Just a short comment on these two guys who were incredible in updating my computer recently. Both were incredible in the repair and were excellent in explaning the cause of the problem as well as suggesting ways to prevent the problem in the future. My sincere thanks for their excellence..

Visited a store in Calgary to purchase a chair for our home office. Nathan met us in the showroom and took excellent care with us throughout the entire process. Extremely helpful, polite. We purchased casters for our chair – he switched them out in the store,bagged the chair and carried it out to our vehicle. He knew the features of the chairs and explained how the levers and paddles worked. We left the store very pleased with our purchase and the service we received. Kudos Nathan – thank you again!!!

I was in Selkirk Mb staples today needing various colors of printer ink. There were very few on the shelf of the type I needed but Cordell assisted me in going to great lengths and checked many places in the store and managed to find me everything I was needing to purchase today.

I just returned from your store in Edmonton at Windermere store. I was very happy to be served by Hazique. I purchased a wifi extender. I am 67 years old and know nothing about wifi. This lovely young man went above and beyond to assist me. He was trying to explain to me how to install it. I must admit I left the store more knowledgeable than when I entered. Good work Hazique

The only staff at the Camrose, Alberta store who was any help the last time we were in there was the girl at the till. The rest of the staff would not answer any questions or give any assistance to us as customers. Our total purchase was only $418.72. I guess customers making these kinds of purchases are not important. We were in the store at 2:45 on May 8, 2020. It will be a long time until I patronize this store again.
