Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and to win a Prize in the Metro Ontario Survey Contest, a person must be a resident of Ontario, Canada who has reached the age of 18 years old.

Period

The Metro Ontario Survey Contest ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on September 25, next year.

How to Enter

Visit a participating Metro store in Ontario. After you have paid your bill, take your receipt from that Metro store, visit metrosurvey.ca, and follow the instructions to complete the survey. One (1) entry into the contest in the name of the applicable eligible person.

Prizes

There are twelve (12) Prizes available to be won in the Contest, one for each Monthly Period. Each Prize consists of $1,000 in Metro gift cards. A Gift Card can be used, up to its value, or its remaining value, as the case may be, to purchase products and/or services at any participating Metro or Food Basics store in Ontario, Canada.
