Jimmy John’s Survey Sweepstakes
Eligibility
The Jimmy John’s Survey Sweepstakes (Voice of the Customer) is open only to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Period
The Jimmy John’s Survey Sweepstakes ends on January 31 at 11:59:59 PM CT.
How to Enter
Make a Purchase
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may make a purchase of any food or beverage in-store or online, for in-store dining, pickup, or delivery, at a participating Jimmy John’s restaurant. Each Qualifying Purchase receipt will include a link to website telljj.com to complete a survey about his/her restaurant experience. Entrant must visit the Website and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per day.
Prizes
Prizes (12 total; 1 per Entry Period): Each prize is four (4) $100 Jimmy John’s gift cards.
No more than twelve (12) Prizes, one (1) per Entry Period, will be available in the Sweepstakes.
The ARV of each Prize is $400.
Total ARV: The total ARV of all Prizes is $4,800.

I ordered a oil john #5 adding pickles and peppers, cut in 1/2. I received a sandwich with meat, cheese, and mayo. Seriously!?!? How difficult can it be??? Last time we’re ordering online for pickup. Perhaps our last jimmy john experience altogether. Disappointed doesn’t come close

my order came to $18.54 on my CHK#114 I checked my credit card at home there
was $20.04 charge $1.50 over WHAT IS GOING ON AT STORE!!! and no I did not tip!!

This is my second time to go to Jimmy John . I ordered the Prato and pasta salad both containers are only half filled . This has happened on both trips

decided to have lunch today. the person taking my order was extremely nice. Listening to them on the phone was the same. i ate in. watching them they seemed very upset.my sandwich was one i wanted to try. it was rock hard bottom sandwich. was not going to try and get it fixed because the whole line looked a bit angry in general. i tore off the brick bread and tried eating just the top, because it was soft. now this was messy so i tried to find a napkin which there was none. i said screw it threw away a major portion and left. now i heard this was a bad location from neighbors but figured i have lived here for about 8 yrs. and they must be wrong being it is still up and running. well not sure how they stay in biasness because it was horrible. would rather pay the gas money to drive to the cities if i want jimmy johns again otherwise i can go across 55 to subway which i have never had brick bread there or seen such upset employees.

Extremely Disappointed . Total incompetence . I ordered one Sandwich ONE SANDWICH, The attendant try to speak Spanish to me . even when I place my order in Perfect English . She then obviously not fluent , start arguing in English with me that she was fluent . JUST DINDT REMEMBER THE WORDS. She then Place my order wrong . I wanted a large sandwich she order a small and then proceeded to order another small sandwich . I said I submit my expenses and just needed one receipt exactly for what a ordered . ONE SANDWICH . She said there was nothing she could do about it and call on the next customer

Ordered a #1. With only ham, pickles, and onions, lite mayo. Went over the order 3 times. Received ham onions lettuce and Mayo.
Disappointed.

Wanted to try the new Firecracker Feast at Jimmy Johns. Went to closest location (5228 W. Southern Ave. Indianapolis IN.) Ordered the Feast at the drive thru. Was asked what chips I wanted & told her I the firecracker chips. She said we have plain, barbecue or Jalapeno. So I said Jalapeno?? When I got to the window the order taker (Hermelinda) handed me my drink & told me the price & took my card. She received my sandwich & put it & chips in bag & handed it to me. I said you forgot the cookie. She said Oh you want a cookie, we have choc chip, etc. I said no I want the cookie that comes with the firecracker feast. She walked back in back & returned with the cookie & the manager. He looked at the register & then told me that if I return for another feast it will cost more than what I was charged due to order being rang up wrong. I said I ordered the Feast. He said yes, I heard you order, but it was rung up wrong. The order taker obviously wasn’t familiar with the new menu item & that the Feast was to come with firecracker chips & the confetti cookie. Perhaps the MANAGER SHOULD TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON NEW MENU ITEMS SO THEY KNOW WHAT THEY COME WITH, ETC. RATHER THAN GIVE GRIEF TO CUSTOMER WHO ORDERED CORRECTLY. If I do return for another FEAST, I will drive a bit farther to another JJ location & hope that manager has trained his staff properly on the new menu item.

I ordered the BLT today for lunch, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had. The bacon was limp and soggy from congealed fat and cold and had a gray color! There was a line so could not take the time to return it. I thew it away and left with my chips and drink. This was my first visit to JJ’s in years and will be my last.

I ordered a number 5 Vito combo. Soda was good chips good. The sandwich was not good. Not a lot of meat and not enough oil and vinegar. I will go elsewhere from now on.

I ordered thru my jimmy john account for a drive thru order that has my name and phone number listed. I did not receivemy rewards for this order or the past 3 orders I’ve picked up and added my phone number to.
If this system does not work, then eliminate it.

Additionally, I order no may on one of the previous orders and they added extra mayo.
Yesterday’s order I asked to have the sandwich cut in half and it wasn’t and had 2 extra little tomatoes on it…I ordered no mayo and that was good, they left it off.
I know you advertise freaky fast, but let’s take the time to do the orders correctly.

waited in the drive up for almost 15 minutes, after I paid for my sandwich the cashier tried to give me my sandwich with a bag, I used to go there at least once a week. I won’t go back.

I ordered the Gargantuan several times and have not been disappointed but as for the other sandwiches one in particular the slim 4 ,I was told it only came with ham and cheese okay no problem thats what the kids wanted, it had maybe a slice and a half of meat and one slice of cheese definitely not worth the price paid, I will not order any more sandwiches other than the gargantuan
