Entry without Survey

During the Entry Period, mail a written request to enter with the following information enclosed:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address (if any)

Mailed entry requests must be mailed in a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address:

Limit of two (2) Entries per person.

Prizes

There are a total of twenty-four (24) Prizes available to be won during the Contest Period. There are two (2) Prizes available to be won during each Entry Period, each consisting of the following:

  • One (1) five hundred dollar ($500) Canadian Tire gift card

The total approximate retail value of all the Prizes is twelve thousand dollars ($12,000).
