Eligibility

The WL78501 Winloot One Million Dollar Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland and the United Kingdom living in the United States or the District of Columbia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland and the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Period

The WL78501 Winloot One Million Dollar Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28.

How to enter

Initial Registration. In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the applicable online Promotion entry form located at winloot.com.

Prize

The winning entrant, if any, for the Promotion will receive the One Million Dollar ($1,00,000.00) prize, which will be payable either: (a) in fifty (50) annual installments of Twenty-Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00); or (b) in on lump-sum payment of Four Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars ($436,537.00) by check or other form chosen by Company in its discretion.
