SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 1 and ends at 11:59p.m. EST on February 28.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission and be (i) a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; and (ii) between the ages of six (6) to fifteen (15) years old at time of Sweepstakes commencement.

HOW TO ENTER: Get your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter, then during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below), visit nick.com/fruitsnackia (the “Sweepstakes Site”)and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online Sweepstakes entry form.

PRIZING: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent) (each, a “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. Trip Package shall consist of: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) standard hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, quad occupancy, room and tax only) for a four (4) day / three (3) night stay; (iii) full-sized automobile rental with unlimited mileage in Los Angeles, CA for the duration of the Trip Package (GP Winner’s Parent must have a current and valid driver’s license issued by one of the United States prior to receipt of the rental automobile); (iv) $1,000.00 in spending money for GP Winner only; and (v) four (4) general admission tickets for the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards event taking place in the Los Angeles, CA area (the “Event”). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,850.00. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Any person that participates in the Trip Package that is not deemed to be a Guest must pay his/her own expenses.

FIRST PRIZE (20): Each First Prize winner will be awarded a Kids’ Choice Awards prize pack consisting of miscellaneous Kids’ Choice Awards merchandise as solely determined by Sponsor (e.g., T-shirts, bags and autograph books); total ARV of each First Prize is $100.00. Total ARV for all First Prizes is $2,000.00.

The GP Winner and First Prize winners may be collectively referenced herein as “Winners”. The Grand Prize and First Prizes may be collectively referenced herein as “Prizes”. Total ARV for the Grand Prize and First Prizes is $7,850.00.
