The iVillage Lose Big Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on December 4, 2013 at 3:30 PM ET and end on January 31, 2014 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).  All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries (as defined below) received.  Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.  Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below), members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include iVillage, LLC, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, New York 10011, NBCUniversal Media, LLC, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112, (collectively, “Sponsors”), The Biggest Loser Resorts and Fitness Ridge Worldwide, LLC, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.

TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period through one (1) of the two (2) following methods:

1. Visit ivillage.com/lose-big-sweepstakes-enter-now/8-z-554547 (the “Website”) and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth (“Entry”). All Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged.

2. Visit ivillage.com/lose-big-sweepstakes-enter-now/8-z-554547 (the “Website”) and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and agreement to the iVillage Lose Big Community Challenge® (“Entry”). The iVillage Lose Big Community Challenge® is a free, four (4)-week program during which participants receive daily emails with expert advice, tips, and tutorials related to the topic of interest. All Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day, regardless of entry method, for a maximum of fifty-nine (59) Entries per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple Entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries. Entries must be received before January 31, 2014 at 11:59 PM ET to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Sponsors’ computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “day” will start at 12:00:01 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET.  Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.  In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.

PRIZE:  There will be ten (10) second prizes (each a “Second Prize”), twenty-five (25) first prizes (each a “First Prize”), and one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” and together with Second Prizes and First Prizes may be referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes”) awarded as follows:

SECOND PRIZE: Ten (10) Second Prizes will be awarded; one (1) Second Prize will be awarded to each Second Prize Winner. Second Prize will consist of: one (1) BodyMedia CORE device, one (1) “The Biggest Loser” DVD, and one (1) “The Biggest Loser” book. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Second Prize is one-hundred fifty-six dollars ($156). ERV of all Second Prizes is one-thousand five-hundred and sixty dollars ($1,560). Second Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors.

FIRST PRIZE: Twenty-five (25) First Prizes will be awarded; one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner.  First Prize will consist of: one (1) twelve (12)-month at-home membership for “The Biggest Loser At Home Program”. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of First Prize is one-hundred sixty dollars ($160).  ERV of all First Prizes is four-thousand dollars ($4,000). First Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner.  Grand Prize will consist of: one (1) trip to one of the Biggest Loser Resorts/Fitness Ridge locations for a seven (7)-day stay (exact dates to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (“Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”). Grand Prize Winner may choose to take the Trip to one (1) of the following four (4) Biggest Loser Resort/Fitness Ridge locations (each a “Resort Location”): 1) Chicago, IL; 2) Ivins, UT; 3) Malibu, CA; or 4) Niagara, NY.  Trip includes: 1) roundtrip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport in or near Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a major airport near the selected Resort Location; and 2) accommodations for seven (7) nights at the selected Resort Location (standard room/double occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence.  ERV of Grand Prize is four-thousand eight-hundred ninety dollars ($4,890).

Total ERV of all Prizes is ten-thousand four-hundred fifty dollars ($10,450). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prizes may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Grand Prize Winner for the ARV of Grand Prize for the year in which Grand Prize was won. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
