ELIGIBILITY: Ellen’s Dance-Off Contest is open only to Contestants who are legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the 50 United States/District of Columbia.

HOW TO ENTER: Contestant must download the Chosen App at ellentv.com/page/2015/12/04/ellens-dance-off-powered-by-chosen and ppload your dance to Missy Elliot’s.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two, the Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest to the Los Angeles, California to appear on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The Grand Prize will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s home to an airport in the Los Angeles, California area; travel to and from the Los Angeles airport to a hotel in the Los Angeles area, three (3) days/two (2) night hotel accommodations in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsors sole discretion, and travel to and from the Ellen DeGeneres Show and the hotel.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of The Grand Prize is $3,500.
