Eligibility: Divergent Sweepstakes – Regal (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (or the District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), January 24 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, March 31 (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: There are four (4) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

a) Purchase a Large (54 Oz) Coca-Cola Beverage and Use your RCC Card at Regal: Regal Crown Club (“RCC”) members may enter by using their RCC card when purchasing a large fountain beverage at participating theatres during the Promotion Period. A “participating theatre” is an REG theater that participates in the RCC. One (1) transaction = one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the authorized account holder of the RCC card, and is subject to the eligibility restrictions included in these Official Rules. Maximum of ten (10) entries per card per day. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person to whom the RCC card and account number were issued by REG. For more information on becoming an RCC member, see http://www.regmovies.com/Crown-Club. Please note: If you purchase a large fountain beverage at a participating theatre with your RCC card and do not want to participate in the Sweepstakes, you may opt-out by sending an email including your full name and RCC card number to [email protected] with “Divergent Sweepstakes Opt-Out” in the subject line. You must opt-out by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31 for your name to be removed from the drawings.

b) Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, to enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, street address, (no P.O. Boxes), day/evening/cellular phone number, RCC membership card number, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3 1/2″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Divergent Sweepstakes – Regal – Sweeps Entry,” P.O. Box 5056, Department 806695, Kalamazoo MI 49003-5056. You may also include your RCC card number upon to receive 1 Bonus Entry (defined below). You may submit up to one (1) total entry by mail per day and will receive ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes per entry. Limit: One (1) entry per stamped envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 1 and received by April 8. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

c) Facebook Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit the Regal Cinemas Page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/RegalEntertainmentGroup and click on the Divergent Sweepstakes application. If you don’t already “like” the Regal Cinemas Page, you must first click on the “like” button in order to access the application. Then, you will advance to the authorization page where you will be required to authorize Sponsor to pull your profile information and other content in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including your name and valid email address. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

d) Website Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit cokedivergentregal.com either directly or by scanning a Quick Response (“QR”) code located on specially branded Coca-Cola elements at participating theaters, and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration, including providing a valid email address. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you visit the website using a QR code, you will be charged according to your carrier’s data rate plans. Check with your carrier for details.
For entry methods b), c), and d): If you are an RCC member, you may also include your RCC card number upon registration to receive 1 additional Sweepstakes entry (“Bonus Entry”). An RCC membership is free. For more details or to sign up, visit: www.regmovies.com/Crown-Club.

For entry methods c) and d): By entering the Sweepstakes via either of these methods, you will also participate in the Divergent Game (the “Giveaway”) (click HERE for full Giveaway Terms and Conditions) and will receive one (1) Offer.

For all methods of entry: Limit: Ten (10) Sweepstakes entries per person per day and 1 Bonus Entry (see above for details) during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive a trip package for two (2) (the winner and a guest) to the world premiere screening of the motion picture currently entitled Insurgent in Spring 2015 (the “Premiere”). The
Grand Prize trip package includes coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to a major airport near destination city (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); five (5) nights’ accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Premiere (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a Two Thousand Dollar ($2,000 USD) gift card, terms and conditions apply. Travel must occur on the dates specified by the Sponsor, or winner will forfeit the prize. All travelers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be round trip. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000 USD. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) FIRST PRIZES: A digital code to use Spotify Premium for one (1) month (each a “Digital Code”). ARV of each First Prize: $9.99. The Digital Code may be redeemed at http://www.spotify.com/us/redeem. You must have a Spotify account in order to redeem Digital Code. If you do not have an account, you may create one for free. If you are already a premium user and redeem a Digital Code, it will be applied to the next billing cycle. Digital Codes are not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash or merchandise sold at Spotify.com, and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for complaints or issues regarding Digital Codes (claims that Digital Code is invalid, insufficient, etc.) and winner should address any such issues with the issuer of the Digital Code.
