Eligibility
The Boots on the Boulevard at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Fly Away Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

The Boots on the Boulevard at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Fly Away Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 AM (CT) on November 8.
