How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 4 until 5:00 p.m. ET on March 31. You may enter the Comfort Food Essentials Sweepstakes by visiting the Food Network website foodnetwork.com/comfortfoodsweeps or foodnetwork.com/recipes/packages/comfort-foods/sweepstakes/sweepstakes-enter. Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of the Promotion Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors.

Prize: The Grand Prize Winner shall win the following (the “Grand Prize”): $3,000 cash (presented in the form of a check). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,000.

The First Prize Winner shall win the following (the “First Prize”): Comfort Food themed products from the Food Network store chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of the First Prize: $765.
