ELIGIBILITY: The Bigelow Tea Valentine Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state/province of residence (whichever is older) at the time of entry.
