Giveaway Dates: The Giveaway begins on Monday, January 6, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) (the “Giveaway Start Date”) and ends on Friday, February 14, at 11:59 AM ET (the “Giveaway End Date”). The period from the Giveaway Start Date through the Giveaway End Date is referred to as the “Giveaway Period.” Except for the first Weekly Entry period (which will begin on Monday, January 6, at 12:00 PM ET and end on Sunday, January 12, at 11:59 PM ET) and the last entry period (which will begin on Monday, February 9, at 12:00 AM ET and end on Friday, February 14, at 11:59 AM ET) during the Giveaway Period, each Weekly Entry Period will run from 12:00 AM ET Monday through 11:59 PM ET the immediately following Sunday (the “Weekly Entry Period”). Sponsor’s designated computer is the official time clock for the Giveaway.

Who Can Enter: The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older (19 years old or older for Alabama and Nebraska residents) at the time of entry. The Giveaway is also open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are the age of majority in their province/territory. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Employees of Facebook, Inc., and employees of the Giveaway Entities and the immediate family members [defined as parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, and spouse (including common law), regardless of where they reside] of each employee are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win Giveaway prizes. Any other persons with whom such employees are domiciled are also not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win Giveaway prizes.

How To Enter: During the Giveaway Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway: (1) by visiting LittleDebbieValentine.com (the “Website”) and following the site’s instructions; OR (2) by visiting the Little Debbie page on Facebook. To enter on our Facebook page:

  • 1) visit http://www.facebook.com and either (a) log into your Facebook account or (b) create a free Facebook account if you do not already have one (please note that you must agree to Facebook’s terms and conditions),
  • 2) visit the Little Debbie page at http://www.facebook.com , and
  • 3) click on the Giveaway tab, and enter the Giveaway through the application located there.

Prize Details:

  • One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive a “Weekend Getaway for Two” awarded in the form of one (1) $250 gift card to Choice Hotels; one (1) $250 gift card to one of the following Restaurants of winners’ choosing: Chili’s, Olive Garden, TGI Friday’s, Ruby Tuesday, Applebee’s, Red Lobster, Panera Bread, Cracker Barrel, Outback Steakhouse, or Restaurant.com; and one (1) $1,000 Visa gift card. ARV of Grand Prize: $1,500.
  • Twelve (12) Weekly First Prizes (two awarded per Weekly Entry Period): “Dinner and a Movie With Your Sweetheart” package: one (1) $100 Gift Card to one of the following Restaurants of winners’ choosing: Chili’s, Olive Garden, TGI Friday’s, Ruby Tuesday, Applebee’s, Red Lobster, Panera Bread, Cracker Barrel, Outback Steakhouse, or Restaurant.com, and one (1) $50 Fandango Gift Card. ARV $150 each.
  • Thirty (30) Weekly Runner-Up Prizes (five awarded per Weekly Entry Period): Little Debbie™ Products Prize Pack. ARV of each Weekly Runner-Up Prize: $10.

Total ARV of all prizes is $3,600.00.
