McDonald’s McFlurry Ambassador Instagram Contest

ELIGIBILITY: The McDonald’s McFlurry Ambassador Instagram Contest is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the age of thirteen by the beginning of the Promotion Period.

TIMING: The McDonald’s McFlurry Ambassador Instagram Contest ends on or about August 1 at 11:59:59 P.M. PT.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, an entrant must log onto Instagram and post a selfie of the entrant holding a McFlurry dessert in a Canadian McFlurry cup, and upload and publicly post the photograph with the tag @McDonaldsCanada and #McFlurry on the entrant’s Instagram account during the Promotion Period to be automatically entered into a random prize drawing for a chance to win a prize in accordance with the Contest Schedule. The McFlurry cup depicted in the entry need not have been purchased by the entrant, i.e. it may be borrowed from a third party. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per day during the Promotion Period. Entrants who do not have an Instagram account must register an account on Instagram before being able to enter the Contest.

PRIZES: Individual Contest Prizes: There are a total of one hundred (100) prizes available to be won in the four (4) individual contests, i.e. twenty-five (25) prizes per contest. Each prize consists of one (1) McFlurry prize pack containing one (1) McFlurry t-shirt, one (1) McFlurry beach towel and one (1) McFlurry Koozie. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is CAD$45.00.

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize is available to be won in the Contest. The potential Grand Prize winner must select as his/her travel prize one (1) of the three (3) following trips, and indicate his/her selection in the space provided for that purpose in the Declaration and Release:

The Buenos Aires, Argentina travel prize comprises round-trip return economy airfare from the Canadian International Airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence to Buenos Aires, Argentina for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest; destination transfers from airport-hotel-airport; and six (6) nights’ accommodation at 5-star hotel as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based on double occupancy. Spending money of CAD$3,000.00 will also be provided. ARV$10,600.00.

The Tokyo, Japan travel prize comprises round-trip return economy airfare from the Canadian International Airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence to Tokyo, Japan for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest; destination transfers from airport-hotel-airport; and six (6) nights’ accommodation at 5-star hotel as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based on double occupancy. Spending money of CAD$3,000.00 will also be provided. ARV$10,900.00.

The Rome, Italy travel prize comprises round-trip return economy airfare from the Canadian International Airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence to Rome, Italy for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest; destination transfers from airport-hotel-airport; and six (6) nights’ accommodation at 5-star hotel as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based on double occupancy. Spending money of CAD$3,000.00 will also be provided. ARV$10,400.00.
