Who can Enter the Bank of Nova Scotia Contest ?

The Scotia Funds Your Future Contest is open to all students who at the time of entry:

  • Are enrolled and in good standing in a Canadian post-secondary institution
  • Are residing in Canada
  • Are seventeen (17) years of age or older

When does the Contest end ?

The Contest ends on January 31 at 11:59:59 pm (ET).

How to Enter the Contest ?

No purchase or account opening necessary to enter. To enter without opening an eligible account, visit arm1.scotiabank.com to enter the Contest by completing all registration fields. All entrants under this method of entry will receive three (3) Entries into the Contest.

Details of Prizes to Win

There are a total of two (2) prizes available to be awarded. Each Prize is valued at $30,000 and consists of:

  • $10,000 deposited into a Scotiabank Student Banking Advantage Plan
  • A 1-year non-redeemable GIC for $10,000 opened in winner’s name
  • A 2-year non-redeemable GIC for $10,000 opened in winner’s name

Total value of all Prizes to be awarded is $60,000.
