One (1) Grand Prize consisting of $3,000 in Live Nation E-gift cards. The Gift Card can be used for purchases online at livenation.com, ticketmaster.com, ticketmaster.ca, and in the Live Nation U.S. mobile app for Live Nation-produced events in the United States and Canada.

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is: Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3,000.00).

Twenty (20) First Place Prizes each consisting of two (2) reserved tickets to winner’s choice of one (1) participating concert at one of the select venues as provided by Live Nation. If winner lives more than 150 miles from the selected Venue, Live Nation may substitute tickets with one (1) $250 Gift Card.

Approximate Retail Value of each First Place Prize is: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250).
